Bring to the table 13+ years of working experience in Malaysia in managing the corporate administrative functions and assisting clients on the establishment of Offshore and Onshore Companies, General Trading Companies, E-Commerce Companies, Investment Banks, Foundations & NGO’s.
He is also acting as a primary point of contact for institutional and other shareholders and advisor to the board of directors for more than 30 onshore, midshore and offshore companies, especially with regards to matters of Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Human Resource functions of a Company, Corporate Acquisitions, Business Structures, disposals and mergers and Offshore Companies Tax related matters
